Flexibility
Executive search is a structured process, but flexibility is key. We work on a retained basis, but will customise the process, fee structure and timing to suit each assignment. Our process is invariably faster and less expensive than our peers in the industry.
Accountability
A director is fully involved in every search. Matt is the sole interface with the client, and for senior roles he initiates and retains the candidate relationship throughout the process. So nothing is lost in translation; this can be critical as role requirements and individual circumstances change over time.
Intuition
Initial views on candidate/client fit are supported by a rigorous selection process, including case studies and personality assessments where appropriate. But there is often no substitute for intuitively understanding the culture of your business and identifying candidates who are most likely to succeed.

We specialise in senior Commercial, Financial and Strategic hires for technology-driven Impact companies. Impact for us includes both Environmental Impact (Sustainability, Renewables, Cleantech) and Social Impact (including Health & Wellbeing, Inclusion and Online Safety).
